Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a BAMS Doctor at our Kanpur clinic. The primary responsibilities include conducting weekly outpatient consultations, diagnosing patient conditions in alignment with Ayurvedic principles, and developing tailored treatment plans to address chronic health issues. The doctor will educate patients regarding their conditions while monitoring and documenting their progress over time. Ensuring adherence to the clinic’s standardized protocols and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, including diagnosing and treating patients using classical Ayurvedic principles and therapies.
- Skilled in patient consultation, treatment planning, and offering individualized, holistic healthcare solutions.
- Proficiency in documenting patient history, medical records, and progress tracking for effective case management.
- Effective communication and counseling skills for building trust and guiding patients towards better health outcomes.
- Genuine compassion, dedication, and a patient-centered attitude that aligns with our holistic care philosophy.
- Must hold a BAMS degree from a recognized institution and have relevant registration with state medical council or governing authority.
- Prior experience working in an Ayurvedic clinic or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Understanding of chronic disease treatments, including Ayurveda-based therapies for musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions, is a plus.
